Born in Minnesota, raised in South Dakota, and educated in Minnesota. I’ve traveled the world, both quickly and slowly, and lived abroad, always feeling that the USA is the best place to be. Let’s be honest, getting older isn’t always a blast!

I’ve been in IT since 1995, right when Windows 95 came out. I quickly moved into a training role and stayed there for 30 years. I have the experience, knowledge, and wisdom to help people overcome their fears of smartphones.
